THIS WARRANTY IS FOR VIDEOMAGI PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT RETAIL AFTER AUGUST 22, 2006.
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THE ONLINE PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM AT www.videomagi.com/register IS SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY VIDEOMAGI WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT.
The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on VideoMagi products. VideoMagi's warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product:
Within a period of time identified below from the date of purchase, if VideoMagi receives notice of defect in any VideoMagi product which is covered by VideoMagi's warranty, VideoMagi shall either repair the defective product or replace with a new unit, at VideoMagi's option. VideoMagi shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to VideoMagi according to the Warranty Procedure below. Accessories outside of the vMagi unit, such as but not limited to remote control, batteries, earphones, and AC adapter will only carry a 90-day warranty from the original date of purchase. For software products, VideoMagi's limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming instructions. VideoMagi does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error free. VideoMagi Product Duration of Limited Warranty Video Glasses (new) 1 year.
